Cancellation Policy

Online Booking Policy for Holistic Consultations Thank you for choosing Emiah's Divine Gift for your holistic healing journey. To ensure a smooth experience for both you and other clients, please review and adhere to the following policies regarding your online consultations. 1. Booking Confirmation & Deposit Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your consultation fee. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, even if you need to cancel or reschedule. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This policy allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you miss your appointment or cancel within an hour of the scheduled time, the full consultation fee will apply. 3. Appointment Reminder Reminders: You will receive a reminder via email or text 24 hours and 1 hour before your session. It is your responsibility to be available at your scheduled time. 4. Late Arrivals Late Arrivals: Please join your virtual session at least 5 minutes early. Sessions will end at the scheduled time, and if you arrive late, you will still be charged the full session fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the cancellation policy will apply. 5. Technical Issues Virtual Sessions: If you experience technical difficulties, notify us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you for a rescheduled session. 6. Confidentiality & Conduct Confidentiality: All sessions are private and confidential. Any personal or health information shared will be respected and protected. Professional Conduct: We expect professional and respectful behavior during all consultations. Inappropriate conduct may result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund. 7. Exceptions Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If you miss your appointment due to an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. We will review your situation individually.
